Fanstel's Domestic Warranty Repair Policy

Fanstel's limited warranty policy covers "any defect in materials or workmanship" only. This does not include any "acts of God" including lightning, flood, winds, etc. This also does not include any power surges, attempt by the customer to repair the unit themselves, any damage caused by dropping the unit, any damage caused by liquid or foreign substances on or in the unit, or any other accidental damage.

Retail Purchase Returns

Customers must return the product to the place of purchase with a proof of purchase for exchange or refund. Fanstel will not refund a customer's money. Please have the customer consult the store's individual return policy for more details. All units that will not be accepted for return at a retail store must be sent in for warranty repair using the guidelines below.

Warranty Repair Procedure

To have your unit repaired please send to us the following items:

1.) Your first and last name, your current mailing address, your telephone number, including the area code, and a brief description of the problem you are experiencing.

2.) A proof of purchase.

3.) Return Shipping and Handling charge in the form of a personal check or money order made payable to "Fanstel Corporation." We will be unable to fix or return your unit unless this charge is paid in full. For detailed pricing information, please call toll-free at 1-800-556-0007.

Fanstel reserves the right to change or modify this warranty repair policy at any time. Fanstel's warranty is void if the product is misused, if the product is not properly operated according to the Owner's Manual, if the unit has been opened, if the unit is deemed to be unrepairable due to liquid (i.e. water, soda) damage or if repair has been attempted by someone other than Fanstel service technician.
